IPH&H is unique in being a compact, self-contained campus in worlds democracy capital delhi . You will enjoy the convenience as well as the friendly atmosphere of the campus, whilst also experiencing the excitement of life in the capital. Our campus has a range of facilities all on one site, including students cafeteria ,sports facilities, shops in near locations.

ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES


Accommodation is offered upon request at a monthly fee of Rs. 10,000/- (which includes accommodation and mess charges) for each candidate at the New Delhi Training Centre of the Institute. It is important to note that each candidate must also pay Rs. 3,000/- annually as non-refundable consumable charges. Accommodation will be allocated based on a "first come, first served" policy.

The students are fortunate to experience a warm and inviting atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and community. This environment is enhanced by a range of amenities designed to ensure their comfort and support a healthy educational experience. Among these amenities is a :

  • Provision of 24-hour electricity and power supply guarantees that students can access their academic resources and study materials at any time,
  • Availability of hot water during the winter months ensures comfort and warmth.
  • Transportation services for local shopping trips, to access necessary supplies and enjoy leisure activities in the surrounding area.
  • Health care services are readily accessible, ensuring that students can receive medical attention when needed.
STEPS FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES:

  1. Students wishing to use the residential facility must complete the accommodation Application Form and agree to the facility's and Institute's rules. This form, along with a physical fitness certificate signed by the Institute's Medical Officer, must be submitted. Students must remain in the facility until the Final Examination and cannot leave during the academic session; non-compliance will result in admission cancellation.
  2. Parents and guardians should note that the Institute is not liable for any inappropriate activities or for students leaving without permission. The Institute is also not responsible for any actions leading to physical or mental distress.
  3. While the Institute provides security for residential students, it is not accountable for unforeseen incidents, medical emergencies, or situations arising from students leaving without permission or providing misleading information.
  4. Parents wishing to enroll their child in residential facilities should submit a short list of authorized visitors and a local guardian.
  5. Students violating rules will be expelled from the residential facility and the Institute, forfeiting any fees paid. The Management's decision is final and binding on the student and their legal guardian. It is compulsory for Parents/Guardians to submit a declaration regarding the Health History of their ward alongwith the Accommodation reservation Form. If there is any infection or disease that had occurred in past or present with the ward, it must be mentioned in a clear and detailed manner in the declaration to enable the Institute's Management to take precautions and proper care for the same.
  6. The Institute shall not be liable for any natural disasters or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the duration of the course or while students are residing in the accommodation.
  7. If a student's name is removed from the rolls, they must vacate the accommodation within 24 hours. Accommodation is only for currently enrolled students; non-students, including parents and friends, are not allowed on the premises. Students must pay accommodation fees in advance by the 2nd of each month, or they will incur a fine.
  8. Candidates in the hostel must maintain high standards of character, hygiene, and social interactions, respecting the diverse languages, cultures, and traditions of fellow residents.

Candidates are required to pay all updated fees as outlined in the new Session’s Prospectus on an annual basis.

The use of alcohol, any intoxicants or narcotics, smoking, consumption of pan masala, gutka, and non-vegetarian items is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises. Admission will be revoked if any of these substances are found in use
